Apartment was recently renovated and very clean. Kitchen well equipped with a new gas hob and basin. Utensils. Shower room large enough. Wash room and toilet seperated which is exellent. Very good and warm and constant water supply. Bed rooms very large. There is a backyard balcony with washing lines to dry clothing.
Lounge and dining room very large area with a big table and 6 chairs and a good playing TV and a sofa bed. All amenities very good and all expectations exceeded. The owner immediately attended to all needs if ever needed. .There is daily round of maid cleaning. It is a very quiet apartment and you really feel at home.
And also a very good and safe parking area with nightly closing gate.
The most beautiful beach of Pérébère is just across the road. And I will go there again for any future visit.
Nothing.

It’s a lovely apartment block opposite a beautiful public beach. The apartment has everything you could need and the location is superb - 2 minute walk and you’re in the turquoise ocean. It’s not luxury but the family who run it are lovely and super helpful.
It’s modest - nothing super fancy but it has everything you need, including A/C. If you’re a light sleeper maybe choose somewhere further from the beach. I stayed over the December / new year holidays and the locals love to party on the beach. I liked the atmosphere but it’s not the quietest at night during weekends etc.
