De ligging van het hotel/restaurant is fantastisch. Aan de rand van het dorpje Bedretto met uitzicht op de bergen. Vanuit het restaurant en het terras heb je ook een mooi uitzicht. De kamer was goed met een goed bed, met een klein minpuntje. Fijne en schone badkamer.
Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam en maken het gezellig. Het restaurant is goed, misschien iets aan de dure kant, maar er is wel keuze uit bijzondere gerechten, waarvan veel zelf gemaakt is. Dat rechtvaardigt de prijs wel enigzins.
Er gaat vanuit Bedretto een bus, maar rijdt niet vaak.
Het bed kraakte behoorlijk. Door de bodem iets te verschuiven werd het minder, maar ik kreeg het niet stil.

Bella struttura sulla salita del passo della Novena, ma vicina ad Airolo. Ottima per escursioni in zona. Ottimo ristorante, staff molto gentile.
