Τhe biggest advantages is the location, very close to HYGEIA Hospital, which makes it particularly convenient for anyone who needs easy and quick access to the hospital.
The Urban Residence was unfortunately a disappointing experience and, in my opinion, far too expensive for the quality and level of service provided.
The biggest issue was cleanliness. The accommodation was not properly cleaned, with visible dust in several areas and, even worse, hairs from previous guests, which is completely unacceptable, especially considering the price. In addition, we found the hotel to be very inflexible with every request we made. There seemed to be little willingness to accommodate guests or offer reasonable solutions, which made the overall experience even more frustrating.
For the price charged, we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, service, and hospitality. Unfortunately, the Urban Residence did not meet those expectations, and the value for money was very poor.

Very clean, comfortable and perfect location for our needs to visit the nearby hospitals. Also has parking onsite.
