Piera & Riccardo are the most exceptional hosts. The property is in superb location overlooking the valley and the mountains. The room is the best I've ever stayed at – it's really large, with two large French windows (one going out to the balcony), light leaping through them in the morning creating the most wonderful atmosphere. It also has a wardrobe area, which is very useful, so you don't fall over your open luggage, which always happens to me ;)
Bathroom is large as well, super clean, you can actually take a bath, which was a lifesaver for me after a long hike!
The breakfast includes Piera's homemade jams and marmalades (we had Apple, Bitter Orange, Kaki, and American Grape) and a homemade apple cake – which is a treat.
There's also a walk trail just by the property, and we saw two deer!
Overall highly recommended.
