The location is absolutely perfect for both beach access and town access, while being on a quiet street. The balcony is beautiful, perfect for relaxing. Everything exceeded expectations. It retains the charm of Lagos without sacrificing comfort. My friend and I really loved staying here.

Perfect location and fantastic balcony.
We didn’t have any privacy issues as the view from the living room could be shut with sunshades. Albeit the balcony is shared, you basically get half of it for yourself.
The apartment is perfectly furnished and clean (*). The shower functions perfectly and has enough pressure.
Totally recommended!
When we arrived, the apartment was fairly hot. We believe it was due to the apartment being completely shut after being prepared for our arrival. It would be best to keep the balcony doors open so that the apartment gets enough ventilation before the guests arrive.
The only other issue we encountered was related to the bedsheets. We found a few hairs on them. It’s not a huge deal, we understand it’s a family run business, but I would recommend paying better attention to this kind of detail. We ended up undoing the bed and beating the sheets on the balcony.
No other issues aside from this!

Central location and the people renting out the apartment are a nice older couple
It’s not great in winter. It gets quite cold and there’s only a heater in one bedroom. The beds are not very comfortable either, and there’s some dangerous looking wiring in one of the showers
