Nice stay in Stevi Stefan

The best host of our trip. He was really nice, accepted early check-in and he kept our luggage while we looked for a parking lot. The location of the apartment is great.

Amazing place , lots of local restaurants where you can have a breakfast and dinners.

Clean , specious room with separated kitchen . The host was very helpful and always ready to assist . I hope to stay there again in the next year , by the way there is good fishing spot for baracuda nearby .

Think again if you need a parking space/ Park yeri ihtiyacınız varsa bir daha düşünün

There is a peaceful view in the morning from the balcony Balkonda sabah huzurlu bir manzara var

-First of all, my wife and I had stomach discomfort during the trip, and therefore, although we sent a message through booking that we will be delayed and stated in advance that we needed a parking space, Mr. Vladimir wrote that they were waiting for us and our room was ready. When we arrived we were told that the parking lot was full with guests arriving first. It was said that those parked on the street were towed in the morning and fined 100 euros. We searched for a parking place at 10 am for 1 hour, we even went to leave 1 km away, which was said to be 8 euro per day, but the attendant said that it was 4 euro per hour. Meanwhile, neighboring apartments do not allow empty parking spaces to be used. With the help of some locals we parked in a relatively safe place and woke up early in the morning to drive our car to the paid parking lot on the beach, when we came back there was still no parking. When we asked if they could find a solution for at least half an hour, which is that the cars on the street are pulled directly during the day, we were told, again, with a careless attitude, that we could leave the place 1 km away for 4 euros, take a shower, bring the car and get our belongings. With the help of another apartment owner nearby, we left the car in such a way as to prevent the cars from going out from the parking space there, stood in line with my wife next to car, took a shower, and left. Until that moment, we handled our work ourselves, without even complaining, and when handing over the key, I said that I had specified the need for a parking space in advance, that if I had been told that it was not available, I would have considered another reservation and that I was not happy with my stay. They insisted that it was not their fault, they got into arguments and their manner was not pleasant.

Everything I was hoping for and more

Excellent location, sound of a mountain stream below the balcony, the view, spotless apartment, everything was amazing. The hosts are more than kind and apsolutely dedicated... I can hardly wait to visit St. Stefan again and I will surely chose the same accomodation ❤️❤️❤️

We had a great stay at this apartment and wished we booked it for a longer time. Jelena is a nice and helpful host. The apartment is perfectly clean and beautiful, and has everything you need. The terrace is very big and the view is absolutely breathtaking. We will definitely be back.

Very nice

We loved the location, the views are spectacular. Close to the beach, market and restaurant. The room was ok, pretty big sized and we also enjoyed that we had a balcony.

Cozy place & Amazing hosts

I stayed with my mom at the apartments in August, and then my brother stayed with his girlfriend in September. We were satisfied with our choice a lot. The apartments offer good value for money. There is all you need - a comfortable bed, air-conditioner and small kitchen. Everything is clean and tidy. Jelena and Vladimir are amazing hosts, very friendly, helpful and supportive! I would happily recommend this place for families and pairs!

The place was extra clean and nice with a cute balcony. The host is very kind and speaks english well. She even recommended us a place to visit, Milocer Park, which was amazing. The friendly neighbourhood cats were also a plus :)

Good value for money. Quiet. Excellent beaches, which were open to the public because of the COVID only.

When I place DO NOT DISTURB on my door, I expect you DO NOT DISTURB. However, the owners insisted to clean the room daily and asked why I didn't want their daily interruption instead of just respecting my request. I can answer here to the "why" question: - a daily dose of chemicals adds up to indoors pollution - a daily dose of chemicals plus changing trash bin bags that contains a single item (with no recycling option, of course) adds up to pollution of nature But they care only about the "cleanliness" rating here. They should also score high on "ignorance" and "knowing what is right for you" ratings.

Very good

Host were very pleasant! It was very clean and comfortable. We had a great parking spot! There is a small store directly across the street.

It was hard to find as there were not any signs. We were supposed to have two rooms together but they put our boys two levels up. It was nice and hospitable!

A nice stop for a night or two

Comfortable bed and nice and clean bathroom. A fridge!!! Very friendly owners.

The air-conditioning didn't work and it was hot! The place is difficult to find and parking is complicated on the street - if there's a spot available.

Very clean and comfortable apartment with two balconies with mountain view. Sveti Stefan beaches are in 10 minutes by foot, several restaurants and groceries in 2-5 minutes.

Clean and comfortable.

Rooms are immaculate, ended up extending my stay. Views to the ocean for sunrise and sunset. The family/hosts are very welcoming and informative. Would recommend 100%.
