Every time I encountered a staff member around the property, they were warm and friendly.
There should be a hairdryer that guests can use. Even if they have to put a 50 sol deposit on it, I wouldn’t mind. Not having one is strange and a bit annoying.
Hot water only from 7am to 10am and 7pm and 10pm. This was fine but it should be said in the ad. I think it’s due to road works.
Pillows were lumpy.

It’s good value. Staff is really nice. If my room didn’t have a plumbing issue it would have been a smooth stay.
There was a plumbing issue in my room. The toilet wouldn’t stop making noise throughout the night. The staff apologized and moved me to a different room, which I appreciated, so the second night went well. However, my first night there was already very unrestful and I couldn’t get much sleep that night.

Check in was easy and welcoming. The location is quiet and a nice walk to the plaza. I love the simplicity they provide. I was able to leave my bags when I went to Machu Pichu, and was welcomed back after a long trip. I highly recommend for all travelers passing through or want to stay longer and enjoy the beauty of this sacred village.

It was affordable and the bed was comfortable, felt safe. Good wifi and location.
There was a lot of noise from people walking by the room as there were large cracks in the door and windows. Quite a few spiders.
