The location is in the city center, convenient for shopping.

There is a bar next door, and the music is played every day at three o'clock in the morning. We went to the supermarket to buy earplugs, but they didn't help at all. The drapes in the room are very thin and you wake up to the sun at 6am every day, it's too bad.

Overall a great stay

It was way less noisy than we expected after reading previous reviews. The people at the reception are extremely nice and helpful, and that also applies to the rest of the staff. Among other things, the room had a blender, a microwave oven, and a hairdryer. Really great view from the balcony. Overall a really good stay.

The beach right in front of the hotel was not the best of the beaches in the area, but that of course has nothing to do with the facility. Overall the location is great if you are here for partying, but that comes at the price of having to deal with a bunch of people constantly trying to sell you stuff as soon as you step out of the facility. Some of the pots and plates were a bit dirty, though that did not really affect our stay - I am sure if brought to the staff's attention, they would do something about it.

Confortable, old and cheap right on top on the beach

Excellent location! Literally on top on the beach. Right on top of the city nightlife with restaurants, supermarkets, and all you need right at your door. Free parking included. The apartment is clean and reasonably equipped. The building provides beach towels, which is convenient.

The apartment is a bit old, but you get what you pay for. Don't plan to sleep on Fridays and Saturdays as there is a beach party in the next building, and the windows have zero noise isolation. You're either out partying or have no trouble sleeping with A LOT of noise.

Good

We had to pay in cash and the rate was fair. But me personally don’t like this system w private hosts in a complex. The view is great! I was surprised how nice cancun beach is, super blue water. Cocobongo night club is right next doors so expect music in the afternoons/ nights. Very close to a marked as well and restaurants and all that jazz.

Check in . And the room is dated!! Really 80-s vibe. Nothing is renovated. The room Was supposed to be bigger. And the bathroom leaked. Lacked towels.

Great stay at Cancun's best beach

Amazing location, just step right into the most beautiful beach in Cancun. Beautiful balcony with a wonderful view Helpful staff. Central location. Very close to the clubs but still pretty quiet at night when the windows are closed.

The mattresses were old and lumpy. The kitchenette is not really useful. The room and bathroom was not clean when we received it. A bit noisy during the day from the nearby clubs music, but we really enjoyed some music on the beach.

Very convenient and beautiful view

This flat was great for us, it was comfortable, clean and with an excellent view (the sunrise is insane)! Also it had a great location to start the adventures during the day and have some drinks in the bar area during the night. Particularly when we stayed there all bars had to close at 11pm so it was great to sleep too. However, it's important to note that the flat is pretty much next to a massive outdoor club so don't expect complete quiet as long as the club is running.

The bathroom is outdated, not a deal breaker but definitely not enjoyable.

Exceptional

I like the excellent view of the sea from the balcony. You can spend many hours just sitting at the balcony. Armando the owner of our condo was very good and cordial.
