Locations was good and the room was clean and comfortable , breakfast was good too.
Need to add more service like iron tables and free water at the room

All of it. From welcome to departure. Breakfast was excellent and the on site restaurant offered both the perfect position and a delicious menu. It was immaculate and everyone took a lot of pride in offering excellence in terms of service and facilities.
A very minor observation. We would have liked a separate adult only pool where you could exercise. There is a lot of space to provide one. The "rock pool" was brilliant for children but more of a shallow play pool. It's very geared to families and you need to be prepared for the noise and energy they bring - we were not with kids and loved it but it might not be for everyone.

Meticulously groomed, classically clean style, comfortable private and quiet. Staff were excellent and it was perfect for our family.
The bed was a bit hard for me but honestly there was nothing negative.

Richeness and love in details, decoration
Except from Lisa at the reception, the gentleman working in the spa and the girl at the breakfast the staff was cold and not warm hearted. The service during the dinner at the pool was poor and frosty. The staff never smiled during the whole dinner service. Also the rules are strict like in a hostel (a full site of does and donts)
