This property is beautiful. Excellent ambience, extremely clean and the attention to detail is remarkable. The staff were 5 star, Wellington offered a very high standard of customer service. The breakfast was beautiful and private wine tasting was outstanding.
We will certainly be returning. We enjoyed our stay that much we extended further. Outdoor section by pool was superb for relaxing
Maybe more of a choice on evening menu and also the bsto to be open. However knew this was down to renovations. Would have been nice to get a coffee on morning from bistro.

Great location and setting, good wine, friendly and very helpful staff that assisted.
Nowhere near 5 star level, I understand it’s off season and pricing is discounted, but the facilities are nowhere near 5 star level. Half filler leaf covered pool, thin bar bath towels (not even sheets) duvet inner that is too small for the bed, probably the worst mattress I have ever slept on, not a single plug point at table level you have to go on all 4s to try charge anything, just an entire air of neglect and lack of investment
