Lovely staff clean room
The only reason why you gave it a bad review on facilities because unfortunately they need to update there shower room outdated and so small I’m 5,4 and only just about fit under it my husband couldn’t

The location is brilliant, its close to everything you need and close to everywhere you want to be.
Spotless room, relaxed environment , the staff are lovely, they even upgraded my room for free on arrival!
I stayed here alone, I found their location extremely easily , I slept very well & I was comfortable.
Room has everything you need.
Thee is parking permit,

Location, right on the seafront near to pier, arcades, restaurants, shops, beach and great pub.
Car Parking was right outside and great value for money.
Room was adequate for one night.
Female lady that greeted us was friendly and helpful.
Cleanliness was not good at all and frustrating as it was simple tasks that would have made it alright. A quick dust even a lick of paint was all that was needed.
Bathroom extremely small with toilet and shower then sink in bedroom!
Kettle in room but could not make a coffee as it was flithly!
Single pane windows made room noisy to a degree.
Purchased sea view room but there was a tree obscuring the view.
