Die Mitarbeiter waren unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Sogar als wir am letzten Tag früh los mussten, wurde uns eine Mahlzeit zum Mitnehmen gegeben. Das Personal beherrscht Englisch und hat uns sowohl geholfen, unsere Koffer aufs Zimmer zu bringen, als auch Pakete für uns anzunehmen. Vielen lieben Dank!
Die Dachbar war leider geschlossen und wurde gebaut. Darüber wurden wir leider nicht informiert, was leider sehr schade war.

Echt een heel fijn hotel! We hadden ruime kamers, het was keurig schoon en het personeel was zeer vriendelijk.
We hebben heel veel gelopen in Guangzhou en vanaf het hotel was dat steeds prima te doen.

The front reception staff member Yo-yo was exceptionally helpful. She even booked and paid for a didi for me on her phone after I’d had a poor taxi experience. 5 stars for her customer service attitude.
Reception area is a bit strange and the display doesn’t seem to fit the small luxury hotel. Only having 2 teabags per room also a bit tight as it would be nice to be a little more generous.

Nothing to like or dislike . Overall quite disappointed as the hotel was listed as a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World but does not quite live up to the expectations
