As mentioned in other reviews, the apartment could be considered small, but everything is carefully placed and though out so it is in no way crammed. We used it for 5 days and we were 2 people and a toddler. It is really cozy and nice, we felt very comfortable and Igor was an excellent hosts. The patio and the garden are beautiful.

Az apartman kb. 10 perc sétára volt a Cuvi Beachtől, 15 percre Mulini Beactől és kb. 20-30 perc sétára Rovinj belvárosától. Szóval tökéletes helyen. Az apartman csendes volt és mindennel felszerelt. A szoba még nyáron is hűvös volt, nem kellett klímát sem kapcsolni. 2 felnőtt és egy gyerek számára tökéletes. A kis fedett terasz pedig nagyon hangulatos. A szobához járt egy parkolóhely is, így nem kellett az utcán parkolni. A tulajdonos (Igor) pedig mindent elmondott és megmutatott az elején, nagyon kedves volt. A legközelebbi Konzum 300 méterre volt, így könnyen be lehetett vásárolni.

Die Lage war für uns ideal. Ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Meer, ca. 5 Minuten zu einem Bäcker und Supermarkt. Ca. 25 Minuten zu Fuß in die Altstadt.
Das Apartment ist nett eingerichtet. Mit allem, was man so braucht. Dass es keine Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler gibt, weiß man ja aus der Beschreibung. Großer Kühlschrank mit größerem Gefrierfach.
Nach drei Tagen haben wir frische Handtücher bekommen. Schöner Garten. Parkplatz vor dem Haus.
Das Bad ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wir mussten die Badtüre offen lassen, weil es sonst gemüffelt hätte. Die Klimaanlage kühlt das Schlafzimmer weniger, da sie im Hauptraum verbaut ist.

We had a lovely stay! Igor is an amazing host—he welcomed us personally, showed us around the apartment and was incredibly friendly and helpful. He gave us great recommendations for the area, which made our stay even better.
The apartment is about a 15-minute walk from the center of Rovinj, but it's perfectly located close to beautiful beaches surrounded by a fragrant pine forest, making it an ideal spot if you enjoy nature and a quieter atmosphere.
We only stayed for a short time, but everything was exactly as described.
