We had serious concerns regarding both customer service and the apartment itself. Given the premium price paid, the experience fell well below expectations. Communications / Customer Service 1. Early Check-In and Poor Communication Although we understood the 5:00 p.m. check-in policy, we requested early access after an exhausting overnight flight from North America. At 1:00 p.m., we dropped off our luggage. The apartment appeared clean and ready, but we were told we would receive an email when it was available. That email never arrived. We returned at 5:30 p.m. to find the apartment exactly as we had left it. We potentially lost four hours of much-needed rest due to poor communication and an apparent lack of consideration. 2. Inadequate Key Arrangements We were three adults travelling on business, yet only one key was provided. We were instructed to leave it in an external lockbox for shared access. This was inconvenient and raised legitimate security concerns regarding who else might have access to the apartment. Apartment – Size and Storage We paid a substantial premium for three separate beds. While provided, they came at the expense of basic functionality. Neither bedroom had a dresser or wardrobe. As business travellers, we had nowhere to hang our suits or shirts other than two hooks behind a door. The bedrooms were also too small to accommodate our suitcases. Consequently, the living area became a makeshift walk-in closet, filled with luggage and clothing. We have stayed in numerous three-bedroom apartments that were substantially larger and properly equipped. Overall Assessment The apartment technically provided three beds but sacrificed basic comfort and practicality. Combined with poor communication and inadequate key arrangements, this was a disappointing experience. We would not recommend this property to business travellers or three adults expecting comfortable, functional accommodations.
