Very good

Very clean, refreshing apartment. Beautiful views. Would definitely stay there again. Luisa made some homemade treats for us.

Wonderful apartment with wonderful hosts

The views, the cleanliness, the facilities, and most importantly, the wonderful hosts who made the Bellavista a reality. The apartment is very clean with thorough attention to details. Internal design and furniture are so smart and coherent, reflect high taste of the designers. The facility has it all- great location, complete facilities including washing machine and dish washer, and complete set of cutleries. Hosts speak English very well, and were very happy to provide us with any information we requested to enjoy our stay. We will definitely be back next year.

The apartment was fully booked till winter and we could not extend our stay.

A lovely casa, sweetest hosts, good value all around!

beautiful view and patio, easy parking, the house was so nicely done with all great furniture, furnishings and comfortable shower, bed, sofa and kitchen!

The ap is huge. It is super clean. The owner couldn't do anything more to make one feel better than is doing. They prepare a wellcome basket with some pasta and pastry for your arrival and you will have water milk and juice and even a bottle of nice wine in the fridge for your first day witch is more than great to get to after a long drive. The ap it self is wonderful! You have a living room with a sofa witch is attached to the kitchen and a big bedroom with a huge bed. You have air conditioning both in the leaving room and in the bedroom. The kitchen have everything you might need or want. The only thing that is missing is a oven ( not that i need it)but you do have a stove top and a microwave. Big bathroom witch includes a shower and a washing machine that you can use.very good water pressure. And then there is the BALCONY. Well the balcony is worth the money all by himself. It is big and nice fitted with a a table and chairs so you can take your breakfast or dinner outside and the view is just breathtaking!!! It overlooks the whole town and the lake. So its gorgeous!!! So to conclude everything is done with love and respect and shows that the owner see in its guest future friends and not only some people who are going to use their goods.

Superb

Luisa and Massimo are very welcoming and friendly hosts. We enjoyed chatting with them whenever there was a chance. They have a well trained and friendly dog, Cheope, The apartment is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. When we arrived, the fridge was stocked with some basic groceries like milk, juice and Secco. ☺️ One day, Luisa even made home made, delicious Amarettini for us. The first day, there was some issues with the WiFi. Luisa immediately took care of that and had a technician come over (turned out, the router had to be restarted). The apartment comes with a balcony with a nice view over the lake, AC, dishwasher and washing machine. There are leaflets and flyers on excursions in the vicinity. Also, Luisa and Massimo gave a few tipps and recommendations on where to visit. Private parking is conveniently available. We very much enjoyed our stay. A big thank you.

The house/apartment is located at a "main" road. Those motorcycles and scooters will wake you up in the morning if you don't close the windows at night, which we sometimes didn't to let in some cool air. With windows closed it's fine. There is a second apartment adjacent to this one. The walls are a bit thin at times. Some sort of sunshade on the balcony would be nice. This being said, above points did not prevent us from enjoying our stay at casa Bella Vista 🙂

Superb

Great view of Lake Lugano and the alps from the balcony. Well equiped kitchen. Laundry mashine. Superb hosts. Very clean and tidy.

Perhaps a question of taste, but beds are fairly hard. Walk to the village not optimal, traffic is intense during daytime

Amazing apartment with the best view

The apartment is beautiful and clean, the hosts thought about all the little things and even supplied us with a free welcome package of some supplies. The view from the balcony is outstanding!

Everything was great, but we did get some noise from the traffic nearby but it wasn't really bad.

Highly recommended!

Everything was fantastic: 1.- The hosts are very lovely people that they were worried about every detail which made us feel very comfortable in their place. 2.- The place has a wonderful view, we stayed 2 nights and every morning was wonderful to wake up with a nice view of Porlezza. If you go by car this place has a good location to see around lugano lake and Como lake. Everything was very cleaned, has everything to stay and come with family. 3.- We highly recommend this place!

Beautifull appartment with really a great vieuw!

Beautifull vieuw on Porlezza en the lake. Great balcony. Compleet and comfortable appartment. Very kind and helpfull host. Nice place to go to again!

Excellent view

As follows from it's name, the main advantage of this apartment is its view at the lake Lugano and the mountains. We liked the huge balcony, the cleanliness of the property and the hosts who were amazing. It is also situated close to the lake, its beach and activities - only 10 minutes on foot. However, be prepared to walk up and down as it is a mountainous region. The access by car is easy although the road is winding. The apartment is close to some restaurants and treks.

The mattresses were too soft, we didn't sleep well. There is also a road nearby that creates some noise, especially at night, but this is not related to the apartment itself.

Great and clean location

Hygiene, location, view, neighbourhood restaurant, good shower, washing machine, super nice owners who will provide you with the best advise if desired or make reservations at dinning/lunch places. Perfect guarding dog to make you feel save. We would most definitely recommend Casa Bellavista wit owners Louisa and Massimo.

Everything was great, the owner even baked us a gorgeous welcome pie. We would definitely recommend casa bellavista to familie our friends. However, we are used to a firm bed with a soft topping. The soft bending matras without topping is something which, in my opinion, could be a point of attention. Also I wouldn’t mind two sun beds on the deck to lay down on.

We spent a week at the family run Casa Bellavista, a fully equipped apartment with a stunning view of Lake Lugano and the town of Porlezza. The hosts were welcoming and extremely friendly and the accommodation was perfect. We will definitely be back!
