The host is very nice, helpful and not bothering. The value for money is actually great.
Of course we were staying in the mid July, which is not a season to expect fresh weather in Italy, however one fan provided was not enough at all, so we slept badly.

The location is definitely great, the animals on the property were cute, and having the opportunity to eat breakfast outside was a nice touch.
Unfortunately, the accommodation did not really meet our expectations. The temperature in the room reached around 30 degrees, sometimes even higher during the day. We were aware that the room did not have air conditioning, but it still felt disappointing that there was only a small fan, which provided very poor ventilation.
The breakfast had also been described by many as very good, but in our opinion, it was quite ordinary and nothing special. Additionally, we were a bit disappointed that it felt like the host just wanted us out of the house in order to bring in new paying guests, even though we hadn’t officially checked out yet.
In summary, we would unfortunately say that this was not value for money.
