Our room was 301 - all night & all morning we could hear the lift - going up & down

Libia was an amazing representative of the Hilton. She went above and beyond to assist us and our large family from Australia. All of the front of house staff were just awesome and helpful. Our house keeper was also so very helpful and assisted us with all of our personal requests.
I had to keep asking for coffee. The property is beautiful x

The hotel is beautiful, a little bit too long, and we were put in the far side of the hotel, in my suite it was a lot of antiques but I would replace all of them with a mini fridge, and you need an ice maker machine in the hallways.
The personal was really nice, except one lady at reception with long hair in a horse tail, who was not rude but not smiling either, and her directions were wrong because there's planta baja, first and second floors and she only said your room is at the right
