On arrival we were slightly confused about the access arrangements to the building but a quick call to the phone number on the door and a helpful person gave us the necessary codes. A text had been sent a few hours earlier from the owner but we had not picked that up. . All other facilities superb and just a few paces from Dillans restaurant and Dunnes Store.
Room 3 was excellent with our only comments being a need for a label/sign to advise where the isolator switch for the electric shower was ( behind the TV screen !!) and the fact that the hot water tap was lukewarm at best

Rooms are beautiful, very clean and renovated. Toilet facilities were good, and provided with shower gel.
Car park behind the lodge is bit dodgy. I was late coming to this property hence found difficulty in contacting the property. The name of this property is Lodge (not Ballina Lodge). Its Dillon's Bar and restaurant and Lodge.

The location.
Television not working now one on hand to tell .two much notice from apartment above you could hear them working above in the flat above. The bar on site shut at 10.30 pm
