About this apartment rental
Newly renovated this luxury ground floor apartment has absolute river frontage, overlooking the port and its fleet. It is within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and natural attractions. It is fully self-contained with quality furniture and fittings.
Accommodating up to six people in 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, the apartment can also be rented as a one bedroom, two bedroom or 3 bedroom apartment with a base rate for 1 bedroom occupancy and increased tariffs for the use of the extra bedrooms . Two large queen size bedrooms have walk in robes and en-suite bathrooms making an ideal rental for couples. The third bedroom has 2 single beds. Families and groups are well suited by the 3 bedroom configuration.
A large terrace area with a barbeque for outdoor living is the perfect place to dine or have evening drinks whilst overlooking the activity at the wharf. An extra beautiful sunny sheltered deck is a wonderful space to enjoy the river vista whilst relaxing with a book or just soaking up the sun.
Off street car-parking in the apartment’s driveway is available for 2 cars.
The apartment is situated within a five minute walk to the town centre and its wide range of quality shops and restaurants. There is also a fine dining restaurant only 100 metres away. The East Beach, South Beach and the Lighthouse are in relatively easy walking distance and by very easy vehicle access for the beaches.
It is a popular destination year-round, including in the winter months as it is a cosy, spacious and well protected home-away-from-home.

Fantastic location- beautiful view of the river and boats, short walk to beaches, shops and cafes. Well appointed appartment with a good amount of seating both inside and out. It doesn’t matter what the weather is doing as you can watch the river and boardwalk in comfort! Highly recommend, would come again.

This property was exceptional. The location is second to none, but the appointment of the rooms were outstanding, we had everything we needed to cook, entertain ourselves and to help us navigate the town. The hosts weren't to be seen but they were there for anything we needed. A wonderful stay that created some of the best memories we have as a family

Great location with beautiful outlook from living areas and rear decking . Well appointed very comfortable and roomy apartment worthy of luxury status. However , I was so disappointed that despite the Stayz website clearly stating the unit had a hot tub/spa it actually did not. This info was on Stayz website at time of booking (12/4/26) and still on website when I rang owner during my stay , who said spa was removed during renovations. A spa was a priority requirement for our anniversary weekend getaway . Interestingly, it appears that it has now been removed from website. While the apartment is definitely worthy of 5 star rating , the website was still misleading , so basically we did not get what we thought we had paid for . Whether it is Stayz or the owner there should be some onus ensuring info on website is correct .

Great location. View and access to waterfront were lovely. House reasonably large but old and tired furniture. Cleaning not good. Lots of dust, rusty bins, dirty doors, cobwebs leaky tap, toilet brush disgusting, dishes left in dishwasher. No attention to detail. Pleasant enough but comfort level low as old furniture and bedding with polyester sheets. Certainly not luxury as advertised and overpriced.
