The room was very clean, New, comfortable, big bed. The staff were extremely helpful.. The front desk guy the frost day helped me find my package delivery, in other China hotels they make you look for it yourself amongst a mountain of arrived packages. Then one lady also helped me send out something via sf express and took care of everything herself for me. Then at 2am another guy helped my son's horrible cough by ordering us cough medicine by delivery and coming to our door twice to deliver to us. At checkout my didi didn't work so the front desk guy called one from his phone for me. It turned my trip from a potential nightmare due to so many issues I was encountering into a pleasant one. Pls note these are 4 different people on different days and times that helped me out, so ALL their staff truly go above and beyond! Thank you!

The room was very spacious. The front desk Felicia went out of her way to help us get everything we needed during our trip. We had the mini train ride with the kids right upon arrival. The swimming pool was clean and its facilities are new and well maintained.
