The room was comfortable and fine. I arrived late at night and had an early departure, so I didn't really get to spend time. The young man at the desk was very helpful.
The airport shuttle costs cash. I thought it was free, but ok.

The hotel is just just walking from the International Airport. So the long layovers are easy to do with in Hanoi.
Some shady taxi drivers outside of the hotel. It would be nice to put a small shelf in the bathing area so one can keep their personal toiletries.
