Excellent view
laundry room close so early from 9 am to 5 pm , most people on the time are outside enjoying their time not doing laundry.
Breakfast is not in the same building, you have to go up the mountain around 5 min by can, Its very hard to walk to the breakfast place.

Clean property with lots of space and fantastic views. Good sized kitchen but lacking a few utensils (like a chopping board), however the staff were able to source us one fairly quickly when asked.
The location was slightly out of town which wasn’t a problem and we knew when booking. Although there was a reception area on the ground floor of the hotel, it wasn’t staffed, meaning that we needed to do a 5-10 minute drive uphill to pick up and drop off the key during check in and check out - this was a little annoying and even having a key drop box when checking out would have been good

Property was modern, well appointed and decently sized - equipped with a full kitchen. Views of the lake from the living room.
Check-in process was terrible - nobody manned the reception (very surprising given the price of the hotel). We had to stop another guest to let us in and show us where to pick up the keys. There was no message on booking.com to tell us how to check in. Really poor service.
Room was not clean - we could smell the previous guests (the room smelt like exotic spices / curry). The shower had long black hair on the walls from the previous guests that had not been cleaned - which frankly was quite disgusting. Sofas had crumbs, assuming that this was also from the previous guests.
Definitely not worth the price - we will not be back.
