- Very close to the beach.
- Breakfasts are varied and filling.
- Poor Wi-Fi in the room; the connection often drops.
- Occasional sewage smell in the bathroom, especially when taking a shower.
- EV charging is misleading: in reality, it’s just a three-phase power socket, not a proper Type 2 socket or cable for electric cars.
- No elevator, which makes it inconvenient to carry luggage to the 4th floor.
- Parking is often overcrowded, and finding a spot can be difficult.
-The air conditioner in the room doesn’t cool well; at times it felt insufficient.

Localizare foarte bună, aproape de plajă, terase și supermarket, parcare gratuită, personal amabil la recepție și restaurant, mic dejun destul de bun.
Gălăgie foarte mare din partea personalului de curățenie, mobilier și accesorii uzate, miros neplăcut în cameră, lipsa liftului și varietate limitată de fructe la micul dejun. Condiții mai degrabă de 2 stele.
