Some noise from street in the evening (especially if window open)

Lovely presentation, comfortable, tea and snacks provided good location. You get a breakfast menu sent and set outside your room at a time to suit you, it was very nice

Bit noisy being near town centre but it was the night of Manchester football derby

The room the 🛏️ the breakfast following morning were great and host Karina was in contact a bit too keep me updated

The noise from new premises next door as the noise went on from 6/7pm in the evening till well gone the 2am kerfew !! At Diversion Bar & Kitchen!! We were told tho by Karina and we even got offered a refund ! as she said this as affected & is still affecting her businesss since next door got a licence well all I can say is too the owner/people who gave licence want too trt sleep in the accomodation & see for themselves how you are supposed too sleep 😴 .! She was not wrong I slept in bits but had a running race half marathon the following morning wasn't ideal a real shame as very nice room comfortable bed but the noise the biggest problem
