We liked the location and the view from the balcony (it faces the garden and a beautiful park). The kitchen is well stuffed with everything that one may need. Mosquito nets are installed on all doors, which is very important given the location. The host is very friendly and speaks good English. He met us on the property upon arrival, handled us the key and showed us the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay!
What we did not like were smoking neighbors and mosquitoes. Both spoiled pretty much our coffee time and quiet evening enjoyment of the balcony view. Note for the people from US and Australia: Europe has no rules about outside smacking. Asking a German tourist not to smoke under your balcony would be like asking you not to brush your teeth in the morning ;-)

Die Lage ist super! 🤩 Eine Viertelstunde in die Stadt, zehn Minuten zur ersten Bucht in Zlatni Park. Schöne kleine Wohnung mit allem was man braucht und einem netten Balkon mit grüner Aussicht. Extrem ruhig trotz schneller Erreichbarkeit von Stadt und Strand. Gastgeber Lino war super nett und als besten Bonus gibt es die Begrüßung von Johnny dem Hund.❤️
Die Parkplätze an der Unterkunft sind auch super, weil man am besten alles zu Fuß macht. Mit einem großen Auto ein bisschen eng, aber alles machbar! Rovinj und Umgebung ist mega schön. Apartment und Region absolute Empfehlung!

Die Lage ist super, sowohl für Strandbesuche als auch nach Rovinj rein, geht auch zu Fuß.
