Having a room with ensuite bathroom and TV and light within close reach of bed was a bonus.
As too having a fridge.
Having to empty the room bin into the main bin outside in the morning was a bit of stretch.
Parking - Parallel parking in front of unit. My space was between two people who got in earlier and left minimal space and another took my actual spot. Finding the unit after hours was quite painful.
The room looked donga-ish online, and it definitely was and is joined to two others - which felt too close but noise wasn't an issue.
