Dobry punkt wypadowy do zwiedzania okolicy Puli z uwagi na bliskość centralnego dworca autobusowego.

I recommend!

I stayed in the Apartment with Terrace. Convenient, comfortable, you have a sense of privacy. The apartment has everything you need - towels, coffee, tea, tableware, air conditioning. On the terrace there is garden furniture and a view of the pomegranate tree. The location is a huge advantage. The Amphitheater is about 3 minutes away. You can get around Pula on foot. Apart from the amenities, the biggest advantage are the wonderful hosts who welcome guests with Medenica and Borovnica and say goodbye with Slivovica and coffe. Wonderful, helpful people, they show their concern without being too imposing. Great people.

A lovely stay

We had the most amazing experience during our stay at this apartment! The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, creating a truly pristine atmosphere. The highlight was definitely the charming garden with a terrace that provided a perfect spot for relaxation. Lorena and Slavko went above and beyond with their exceptional friendliness and hospitality, making us feel incredibly welcome and at ease. Every second spent there was a joy, and it genuinely felt like a home away from home. Moreover, the apartment's central location proved to be incredibly convenient, as it was close to all the attractions and amenities. We can't recommend this place enough for a memorable and delightful stay. Without a doubt, we'd stay there again.

Fantastic stay, you had everything you need here.

Extremely nice owners, very helpful, they showed us where the shops and beaches are, they organized a barbecue together for guests in one day. We felt very taken care of in this place. The room was clean, had everything you need to stay. If I had the opportunity I would gladly go again. Lorena and Slavko - thank you! Location in quiet area, about 2 minutes to Amfiteatr Pula. I recommend to buy Pula Promet tickets so you can go wherever you want by bus (we were there for a week so we bought Seven-day ticket)

Excellent city centre apartment with wonderful hosts

The apartment is perfectly located for the City, right next to Pula Arena, and a short walk down to the shops and cafes. It was very clean, with comfortable beds and all the items you would need when staying somewhere for a week. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and kind.

Parking is in a public car park near the property. I would have felt more comfortable being able to see the car from the apartment and it be parked outside. However, as the apartment is in the city centre, parking is restricted, so I understand that using the public carpark is the best option.

loved it! lovely hosts, great apartment:)

It was perfect! The owners are really kind and amazing people! They told us the useful informations and were available all day, welcomed us with homemade liqour and they gave us a little gift when we left. Their English is very good as well. the apartment itself was spacious and very clean with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. we had our own terrace with the view of the beautiful garden, it was really relaxing to just chill there. The location of the apartment is great as well, because it is on a quiet street but the old town,good restaurants and the Arena is just a short 5-10 minutes walk away. I absolutely recommend this place! ❤️

Location was perfect 5 min walk from bus station 5 min from amphitheatre literally 5 mins from anywhere bus stop just around corner with local bus route to some fantastic beaches Very large apartment everything you need for a great stay Owners meet us on arrival lovely couple gave us all the information about local area Made us very welcome and when we left gave us a lovely gift .just wish we thought to get something for them

Amazing !

The owners are amazing! The apartament is localized in great place, not strict city center but by walk you can reach every major thing in city olin 10-15 min and Arena is just next to it. The kitchen is small but has everything which is needed to prepare meal and enjoy time. Also terrace in front is so comfy and prepared even for rainy days. I highly reccomend.

Spacious accommodation in a great location

Great location, in a quiet area but only 5 minutes walk from Pula Arena, and less than 10 minutes from the bus station. About 15 minutes to reach the centre of town. I only met Slavko, but he was very nice and provided a glass of a local liquorr while he was pointing out landmarks on the map. The apartment was spacious and had everything you needed, and the shared terrace was a lovely bonus. There was a nice restaurant nearby which was handy for a nightcap! The apartment was also very good value for money.

Perfect stay in Pula near Arena and everything else

The apartment (2 bedrooms) was very spacious for the two us, even though the second bedroom was locked. The apartment is perfectly located, near to Pula Arena (5min walk), grocery shops and bakery (5min walk), restaurants (15-20min walk: Epulon, Veritas, Pulačinke), downtown Pula (15-20min walk). The apartment was very well equiped (bathroom and kitchen included) and mantained. We-fi is good. Parking is possible in the street. You need a car to reach the beaches (I hear that the busses are too slow) and visit mainland Istria. The lady owner was super kind and welcoming.

There's not much to not like. TV channels were only German, Italian and some others, but no Croatian channels at all, and only news channels in English. The bed mattresses were too soft for our taste, but that's personal prefference.

Best location with nice hosts

Location was really the best, only 3 min walk from Pula Amphitheatre. Hosts were always available and really nice for whatever we needed, no matter the local tips or some amenities. There is a nice terrace that it can be used (shared among apartments) and we loved the (free) parking option really close to the apartment.

All was good actually. We ran out of the toilet paper somewhere in the middle of the stay but hosts provided us with extras the same day.

Everything was perfect

I highly recommend this apartment. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, the apartment clean and surprisingly big. I would always stay here again and could not be more satisfied with my stay in Pula. Thankyou!

5 star plus. Wonderful experience and location. A hidden gem

The location is absolutely amazing and close to Amphitheatre. Close to town and all amenities. The terrace studio apartment was ideal. Beautiful inside with everything that you would need plus more. The hosts are welcoming helpful and go out of their way to make you feel at home. The welcome drink check in process and maps for help as well along with guidance on how to use local bus services.

Can't think of anything that can go in this box.

Great little studios in a quiet location!

Peaceful location with nice garden and views, only a couple of minutes from the Collusium and about 10 minutes from the middle of the pedestrian area. A really lovely little studio and perfect for a short getaway. We had a week there and were more than happy. It would be great for a group of friends who rent more that one apartment as the patios are a great place to relax. A great bakery and cheap restaurant are also nearby, just ask the landlady!

Not much to moan about as it was brilliant for the price but here's a couple of things we picked up on. The bathroom fan was very loud when it was on and drove us nuts! The mattress was even but had a soft topper which gave us backache after a few days, however is was preferential to a rock hard one. We would have preferred to have more teatowels and perhaps a clean mid-week would be nice.

Croatia is great and the people are very nice, but the hosts from Apartments Maletic are the greatest persons that we met in Pula!!! The location is very central, clean and nice. It was my birthday while I was there, the host saw it on my ID card and she waited me with a rose and cake made by herself. I was touched, I saw that she really did it from the heart and she said that she needs to know always if it's someone's birthday because is a special day. So nice of you! Thank you again! :)

Search no further!!! Very nice well equipped appartement. Walking distance from the town and it’s a place where you can relax in the garden. Lorena & Slavko are there for you if you need any information. Highly recommended!

Excellent location, very close to the Arena, The Forum, the port and the bus station. Walking is easy in most directions, slightly uphill from the direction of the Forum. Friendly and professional hosts. Recommended.

Friendly host. Studio was a bit too small for us.

Very nice patio, cute little garden. Welcome drink at arrival. Very friendly host. Location near city center (arena)

Based on the pictures, I expected a bit more from the facility. We were a bit mislead by the pictures of other apartments here. The studio was a bit small and not practical for travelling with a friend (double bed, bedroom and kitchen in one room), would be better for couple or alone.
