Departamento amplio cómodo y con hermosas vistas no está en el centro de sarande pero se puede ir caminando (entrenando es bastante largo el camino)y volver en taxi. Sin embargo sobre la avenida hay muchas restaurantes,supermercado,heladerías etc y es más tranquilo que el centro así que es una buena opción. El complejo está justo al lado del hotel santa quaranta, esto es un buen dato para ubicarse. El personal es amable sin embargo el check in se retardo casi 40 minutos entiendo que por la limpieza,tuvimos que esperar con mi familia e hijo de 7 años sobre las escaleras de recepción del santa quaranta hasta que nos buscaron para guiarnos al edificio. Al llegar salía la chica de limpieza y había un tender lleno de ropa de cama que nos pidieron que cuando se seque lo entremos,lo entramos doblamos y acomodamos pero me pareció un poco extraño esta situación ya que cobran 35 euros aparte por la supuesta limpieza. No me molestó hacerlo pero me parece que son detalles que ya deben están precavidos sobre todo si se cobra por el servicio aparte
El edificio requiere mantenimiento se suele cortar la luz y no anda el ascensor. La luz del baño del departamento se debe cambiar,cuando se prende parpadea un buen rato. Además hay que revisar la taza porque pierde agua y el olor es horrible. La puerta de entrada está como mal remachada con un forro medio raro
Prestando atención a estas cuestiones mejoraría mucho ya que la vista es muy bonita

wonderful sea view. the apartment is very well placed near good restaurants not so close to very busy center . the closest beach must "evolve" together with municipal investments
confuse and too much bureaucracy on the "welcoming" messages. Probably the bad experience with other guests to justify this but warnings about penalties conditions (not a good marketing idea) has to be inserted in the descriptions before booking process otherwise is really a discomfort for the client as long as enough items in the equipment are cracked in an apartment . Our friendly human contact saved this aspect and rise the actual evaluation.....the parking conditions /fees depends on season load , in first days of September was free

Clean and comfortable apartment. 35 min from the centre but lots of stores and restorants nearby.
View is beautiful and overall I would recommend it.
The staff wasn't responsive on our questions and requests. We didn't have toilet paper and soap, they replied with a delay saying "ok" (twice) and nothing happened.
Parking is not what is shown on the booking picture, instead it is in front of the hotel for 15-20 cars maximum.
