Repeat visitors! This villa is in the perfect location for peace and quiet but close to amenities in Xlendi. It’s very homey, and Josef (host) is so kind and helpful. We will be back!

Villa Xemxija is perfectly-located, very comfortable and has friendly staff on hand to help. It’s a 5-minute walk from Xlendi Bay, restaurants and supermarkets, and one minute from a bus stop that takes you to Victoria, where you can travel to most places on Gozo. The apartment was spacious with a comfortable bed and lovely shower, and the pool was fabulous! Josef was very welcoming and happy to help at any time.

The villa's location is superb. Minutes from the beach and a short stroll into town. Josef was a wonderful host: he walked us through everything in the villa, gave recommendations for restaurants (Ic-Cima is a must-visit for sunset), and shared his favourite walks and local tips.
He was always on hand, and even stored our luggage after checkout so our onward travel was stress-free. Xemxija itself is spotless and comfortable, with a pool that's a great size for relaxing, we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay, thank you Josef.
There is nothing that deserves any serious criticism. The bed in our room would benefit from a mattress topper as it was made from two single mattresses. The hill from the beach to the Villa is a little steep so those with mobility issues may find it a challenge to walk.

Very easy to communicate with our host Josef who met us at the property.
The beautiful photos online are a true current reflection of this property. Everything is spotless. The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable. The pay as you go air conditioning was vital for us UK visitors and was quiet and worked quickly. The place has a relaxed friendly vibe. We often had the beautifully clean pool to ourselves although equally pleased to be joined by other guests for a chat. There were plenty of loungers and sun shades to use at all times.
Our host was incredibly helpful with local tips for dining, swimming and day trips as well as being responsive to any other questions or needs.
We spent many hours snorkelling and swimming and decided Xlendi is actually the best location for this with easy access to the sea from the rocky shore by ladders.
We hired a boat from Xlendi Watersports in the bay which we can highly recommend. Beware the blue lagoon Comino is massively overcrowded so nip in for a look then head to one of the other quieter bays for a swim if you do go
The restaurants in Xlendi we found were all good. Our favourite was Da Manuel with great service, great food and a stunning view.
We are a family of 3 travelling with our 14 yr old daughter. We all had the absolute best holiday and would 100% recommend this property for a chilled friendly quality spot in a great location.
