Really great staff and help with airport transfers. Everything was clean and tidy and available
Nothing regarding the hotel or staff, however the location was a bit off center for us, with a 20 minute walk into the city
The matresses were quite tough and hard unfortunately, qnd the airconditioning was not as powerful as i had hoped

Good Breakfast. Clean and no problems.
There was no balcony in the room or in the whole complex as was mentioned in the description of the room. Would have appreciated more honesty regarding this as you come with different expectations.
