This is an outstanding villa, set in beautiful gardens in a very peaceful location approximately 10 mins drive outside of Lucca. We were met on arrival by the owners parents who lived in the adjoining property. We had no issues at all during our stay and had no requirement to contract the owner at all.
the villa has a nice recycling system set up - so different bins for different materials was a nice environmental friendly policy.
I have to say this is probably the most well equipped property we have ever stayed in - the kitchen had everything you needed and more. there were 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms - and every room had been decorated to a very modern and high quality. the air conditioning worked well and we had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The private pool was big and clean and a lovely place to relax. we used the train station at Lucca to travel to Florence for the day and the following day the pool was a perfect way to recharge. We had a very enjoyable stay here. Thank you Lorenzo and family for hosting us here.
it's very difficult to find anything to put here - it is an outstanding property
You will need a car if you are staying here, and the entrance road is quite narrow. Having said that we had a large car and only met one car during our 5 days - so no issues for us

Incredible place to stay. The pictures do not do this villa justice. The house and surrounding garden are immaculately kept and have everything you need. Will be booking again in the future!
