Location : Main street of Budoni, 5min walk to the night market and restaurants/cafés. Not very far from Budoni beach. Supermarket is just in front of the place which can be very useful. Staff : Very nice, reactive and flexible, they changed our mattress (old) for a new comfortable one we appreciate how they managed/listened to our requests. Common space : a plus to have breakfast and dining.

Description : The description mentioned sea view, but sadly it was not the case. Comfort : Weak soundproofing, and the aircon was a bit loud. Breakfast : I would recommend adding some eggs/cheese to the breakfast.

Affittacamere in ottima posizione, personale gentilissimo e disponibile, pulizia super! La permanenza nella struttura è stata per questo piacevole, anche ogni minima problematica è stata risolta tempestivamente. Il parcheggio riservato un plus.

Dei piccoli dettagli che non hanno inficiato sulla mia permanenza, ma con questi piccoli accorgimenti la struttura potrebbe diventare veramente super: - frigorifero da camera poco raffreddante, utile solo per bevande - stanza per nulla insonorizzata sia verso l'esterno/altre camere che dall'esterno e altre camere - colazione essenziale

Room ok-ish, comfortable bed. But the shower is pretty small. Down the street there is a supermarket and also you are walking distance from the city center

There is no balcony in the room, even though there is one in the description of the room. You have a common area that you can use as a balcony to dry clothes or stay outside for some fresh air. When I mentioned this to the landlord, she said that in Italy they consider having a window in the room is the same as having a balcony. Felt like she is mocking me. Also, the breakfast is a joke, average coffee with capsules, nothing to eat except biscuits, butter and cheap marmalade. No cheese, eggs or vegetables. Even though there is a common kitchen, the stove didn't work in case you wanted to boil some eggs for example to eat in the morning. So I suggest to not include the breakfast option in the reservation, since you will end up buying breakfast from a restaurant or just go to the supermarket down the street for something to eat. //later edit in response to the owner comments: Your response shows a lot of disrespect. When in Italy, to drink a below average coffee in the morning, made from capsule coffee, from below average machine, is bad. We did not have particularly high expectations for the breakfast, as this was our third accommodation during our stay in Sardinia. However, having experienced the breakfasts provided by our previous two hosts, we were able to make a fair comparison. Unfortunately, we found that the breakfast offered here was disappointing in comparison.
