The location. The beach area is really nice. The service from most of the stuff is great. Rooms are pretty comfortable.
To really enjoy this place you will have to come when is fully open. Even though we went during the high season part of the hotel was shut down. Some restaurants closed. Bars at night all closed, the bar at the pool closes around 4-5pm when you have sunlight until 7pm. Nothing to eat between 5-6pm not even snacks. The room service wasn’t operating. This is a big disappointments for a resort of this type. It seems you are only able to enjoy when the hotel is fully open otherwise you are screw.

Everything. The Enclave upgrade was excellent and the staff, particularly Jorge, were super efficient and friendly
The noise from partying on the upper deck on one evening was excessive but did cease at 10 pm. Also because our enclave upgrade was a late addition we had the last room too close to the upper deck adults only bar

Location was good.
Attention to details especially where cleanliness was involved were subpar. There was garbage laying around and old cocktail glasses that had been from the day before still sitting at the bar the next day. Pool chairs were filthy with bird poop and needed replacing. Food was also below average for the price of the resort. Used to staying in more manicured hotels where the staff takes pride in their hotel. This was not the case here.
