Location. Bed was very good.
Opening and closing gate, hubby had had eye surgery’s so it was a bit inconvenient.
Front door was difficult to lock until you figured out its quirks. The bed itself was super comfortable but the badly pilled top sheet took away some of that comfort.

very comfortable room and bed. Easy to access the room with independent use
First BnB I've been to where I had to make my own breakfast, and then do the dishes or get a $30 fine.
I expect a BnB to provide the breakfast as is the usual way. So I would not go back for that reason.
