really good location on Don Det Island - close to ferry, many restaurants and bicycle rental

Good location and they do money exchange at a good rate
The concept of customer service or a smile does not exist here. The bike I rented I told them the tire needed air and then half way through my trip the back tire went flat and I was far from hostel. The cabins get hot with just the fan

It was really good value - toward the end of the busier tourist season, from what I know. The staff were nice. I was happy to be able to rent a bicycle from them too.
The lack of air conditioning (just one fan) - but I knew that when I was booking, so I understood the sitatuion.

Good location next to restaurants, shops and bike hire. Room I was moved in to was spacious and the bed was comfortable.
I initially booked one of the bungalows but it was way too hot even with the fan on (for me) and claustrophobic. The construction is incredibly rustic shall we say and the bed was super springy. I asked to move to a room with air conditioning which was well worth the money for extra space and comfort. Unfortunately there were some cockroaches and bugs in the room.
