The hotel has lots of great amenities and a lovely restaurant as well.
Nilüfer was lovely and walked me through all the facilities and even helped to arrange things like activities and taxis to Goreme - in this regard everything functioned effortlessly. The staff must all be commended on their professionalism and dedication to their work and making everyone's stay excellent and carefree.
There's a massive feast available for breakfast as well so there's something for everyone.
The only real problem I had was the location. If you are driving or open to taking taxis this isn't really an issue but it's something to keep in mind. The drive to downtown Goreme is around 30 minutes but the hotel can arrange taxis for you and they're really on top of it.

Beautiful hotel, antique decorations, spa area was beautiful.
Construction work going on in certain areas, smelled like sewage. Beds were not comfortable at all. Constant power outages. Far away from activities.
