Das Appartement ist über eine Treppe zugänglich und sehr geräumig. Es sind 2 Schlafzimmer mit seeehr bequemen Betten, für unsere jüngste Tochter gab es eine Klappliege als Aufbettung, sodass niemand auf der Couch schlafen musste. Die Ausstattung ist sicherlich ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber wir haben uns trotzdem pudelwohl gefühlt. Und der Balkon ist echt genial! Parkplatz für 2 Autos bisschen eng, aber machbar. Einkaufen mit Auto in 10 min. möglich (Hofer, Lidl). Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder!

Der Flurbereich ist quasi halboffen zum Treppenhaus, sodass es - sofern in der unteren Wohnung auch jemand wohnt - relativ hellhörig ist. Die Gästekarte ist eigentlich unbrauchbar, sie gilt nicht mal im ortseigenen Strandbad. Kauf der Kärnten Card quasi unumgänglich, wenn man was erleben möchte. :) Im Dachgeschoss haust irgendein Tier, müsste mal geprüft werden, damit nichts zu Schaden kommt.

De locatie is perfect, fijne plek met een balkon in de schaduw. Goede locatie voor verschillende activiteiten in de buurt. Verder fijne woongedeeltes, met tv en goede bedden en goede douche.

Wat wij iets minder vonden, is dat het interieur iets verouderd is en het daardoor niet helemaal schoon oogt. Maar dat hoort denk ik ook een beetje bij het soort woning. Verder zitten er knaagdieren onder de woning, die hoor je ‘‘s nachts soms knagen.

The garden around the house was like a jungle . A grass was not cutted at all. This is only ..but a big issue at this house.
