Apartment was clean and sunny and the location was also nice and quiet. At the same time it was very close to the city center - 15 minutes to walk
Bathroom needs renovation and welcome was not very nice. Staff lady met us at the street and didn't allow entering the yard with the car just to drop off the luggage. Because the parking is payed and we were going to park near as we know the city. Staff looked very anxious and repetitive several times that it is not allowed even to enter to drop off)). It doesn't look like a welcome in the hotel - meeting you in the street and almost shouting not to pass the barrier to the yard.

The room was very cosy, clean and warm (maybe a little too warm), and the bed was very comfortable.
The whole apartment is very quiet, so one can sleep niceđ
Bathroom was clean and nicely arranged.
The staff was very kind, friendly and polite. They even let us come earlier and also helped with a few info regarding what to visit in townđ
The pillows were too hard and there was only one extra that we could change.
The noise from the heating was slightly annoying as it constantly turned on.

I was impressed with the size of the room . It was perfectly clean and offered us great services, with outstanding customer care.
The positioning of the air conditioning made it difficult to use, even though it was very hot outside. (The air flow hits the bed directly and one can only bear it for very short periods).

The staff was attentive, very centrally located. Fairly priced. Kitchen in one of the rooms
There were mini fridges without freezing compartment. Too much light from the windows at night and a bit noisy with traffic and neighbours
