I liked the central location, the detailed explamations about how to get in. I liked that on the last day we could leave our baggage in the reception are and get access to the bathroom before leaving.

-close to the sea, close to the local market
-walking distance to everything interesting
-landlord willing to give us the keys personally and let us in after midnight (I appreciate it a lot)
-breakfast was simple
-bathroom would need a good rub from some mold

great location, all we needed for 1 night
the breakfast wasnt that good, very few things to choose from.
it was super hard to find the place itself, since the map wasnt showing it right, and its only a very small label outside the hotel
in the morning everyone shouted outside our room, it was so annoying to wake up to that. its basically an apartment with rooms, and paper thin walls, so when the staff arrived in the morning, their loud laking woke us up right away
