Peaceful and hidden away any issues we had with our room were sorted straight away by reception and the groundsmen very approachable and welcoming- all utilities required to cook and property was clean
The neighbouring pub was closed for dinner so keep in mind if you want to get into BunburyAustralind you need a sober driver or taxi or ensure you cook your own meals

Room was clean, sheets clean, toilet and shower clean. Quiet and secure.
Room did not have functional heater (discovered air on was non operational at 9:30 pm) and no additional blankets. Bed was ok but made plenty of noise - loose springs maybe? Did not sleep much at all. Very cold.
