It was convenient, clean bathroom and very close to amenities and a 10 or so minute walk from downtown Myeongdong
Some parts looked like they were under construction so it looked unkempt. The mattress look dirty/stained under the sheets.

We stayed here as two people and had a very comfortable experience. The bathroom was inside the room and well organized, with one door for the toilet and sink and a separate door for the shower, which was very convenient. Towels were changed almost every day, and the staff were always very attentive and kind to us.
The location is very good and well situated, close to several tourist attractions that can easily be reached on foot. There are convenience stores nearby and many restaurants around.
The closest metro exit does not have an elevator, so if you need one, you have to use another exit and walk a bit more. However, if you are able to use the stairs, the nearest exit is quite close and it doesn’t take long to reach the hotel.

The reeked of fried stuff. Really really bad smell that impregnates in your clothes within a second

Good location, very friendly staff, clean ammenities.
No windows, our room layout was not the best (would have not chosen the bunk option if we realised how small the room is), would often smell from the drains.
