Per me un punto di riferimento nell'accoglienza a Modica.

Palazzo degli Olivi con le sue molteplici possibilità di accoglienza è per me un punto di riferimento. Io ho provato, negli anni, quasi tutte le alternative ricettive che questa struttura offre e resto sempre più soddisfatto. Appartamenti curati, accoglienti e piacevoli. Posizione eccellente nel cuore della città ed accoglienza unica con personale cortese gentile e preparato.

Completely beautiful apartment in a lovely city <3

It was perfect! I can’t imagine a better position, close to the main streets and restaurants, but in a quiet walkable street. Everything we needed or wanted was provided and Rudia’s suggestions were terrific.

Pretty apartment in great location with very nice and supportive Owner!

The place is in the great location what we enjoyed a lot. Ladies taking care about it are super nice and supportive. The apartment looks really nice and has everything needed. Owner is also open to host the dogs, so we will be happy to come back there in the future with our pet :)

Superb

The location was great close to the restaurant strip and two big grocery stores. Parking was less than a 10 minute walk and was free. The air conditioner worked well. There was lots of hot water. The terrace was quite nice although it had no view. This was an excellent value.

We have no negative comments about our stay.

lovely apartment that is in the center of modica.

The bnb was everything that we needed it to be with exceptional facilities and it was easy to pick up the key, WI-Fi was excellent!

Disappointing

Property is in a nice position, close to the centre of Modica, but off the main road.

The dishwasher wasn't working, but the main problem was with the bathroom. The shower head bracket was falling off the wall. I managed to tighten it by hand after first use, but that first use was an experience I have no wish to repeat. There was a note saying that the water in Modica is only pumped between 7 and 1, and that we should be careful with water use - which we were; but that didn't stop the toilet flush failing on the morning we were leaving! (there was still water coming out the taps).

Great apartment and location right in the centre of the old town.

It is a great apartment, with lots of space and simply, but very nicely, decorated. We were two mature age couples with our dog, staying for 4 days and there was plenty of room. The two bedrooms were very large, each with a tiny balcony and lots of wardrobe and drawer space for clothes and bags. The lounge room was smaller but it still had two couches. The kitchen was large and modern with a beautiful big timber table as the centrepiece. Pots, crockery and cutlery were all provided so we could make meals easily. There was also a dishwasher and a washing machine - very handy. Off the kitchen was a lovely balcony where we ate or had drinks when it was not too hot outside. You really felt like you were in the old town when you sat out there seeing the old buildings and hearing the sounds of people on the cobbled streets. Each room had an air conditioner which was definitely needed as it was very hot when we were staying. The apartment was only a minute's walk down to the old town centre with lots of shops and cafes. Great location! The host, Rudia, provided lots of useful information via email before we arrived - parking, restaurants, grocery shops, etc - all in English. She was very helpful. Rudia had arranged for another lady, Liliana, to meet us to give us the apartment keys. Liliana does not speak English so I would suggest if you have any questions contact the host, Rudia, via email. We had to unload the car at the bottom of the street nearest the apartment and then there was free parking about 250m away - quite easy even in peak season when we were there. Overall it was a great apartment which I highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

The bathroom was modern but small relative to the size of the apartment. The only small improvement for the apartment would be if the shower had a holder on the wall for the shower nozzle and a screen door rather than a curtain (the shower curtain sticking to your legs when showering is not the best experience). But overall it was all very functional and immaculately clean and lovely.
