Gostamos da localização, do tamanho do quarto, do café da manhã.
Não gostamos da falta de cordialmente dos funcionários do turno da noite. O telefone e a tv não estavam funcionando, liguei para a recepção do meu celular e uma funcionária muito sem educação veio nos atender. Isso era às 19h, não era um horário tão tarde. O telefone não conseguiram arrumar. Fui na cozinha pedir um canja pro meu filho, perguntei os ingredientes para o garçom ele me falou de uma forma bem irônica que tinha galinha. Queria saber se tinha cenoura, tomate, se o frango era desfiado ou em cubos, enfim. Achei esses dois funcionários mal educados. Com o pessoal da manhã não tivemos problemas. Mas não voltaria nesse hotel, me senti mal tratada, chegamos cansados e ter esse tratamento foi bem frustante. O colchão da cama de casal extremamente mole.
