good location next to shopping mall and very good restaurants, staff very friendly and professional, would help you with anything needed, including installing and using Yandex Taxi for the 1st time, suggestions what and how to see in the city. very reach and tasty breakfast. the rooms are clean and have AC, fridge and all amenities necessary. if I am ever in Bishkek, I would not hesitate at all to stay at this hotel again.
there is no real coffee available - if of any interest for anyone - but that would not be a showstopper for me, now that I am aware of it.
the hotel did not send a taxi for me at the airport as agreed and confirmed twice within the messaging option of booking.com
