Ich suchte einen Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen im Monferrato. Lo Scudiero liegt wenige Kilometer von tollen Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Vezzolano, Cortazzone, Serralunga di Crea.
Das Auto hat genügend Platz, das Anwesen ist sehr groß. Mein Zimmer war blitzblank, kein Stäubchen nirgendwo, Bad und Dusche ebenfalls blitzblank. Zimmer freundlich eingerichtet.
Frühstück italienisch, also was Süßes und ein Kaffee.
Die Zimmer sind im 1. Stock, unten gibt es Gemeinschaftsräume, also der Raum, wo das Frühstück stattfindet, und daneben das alte Wohnzimmer der Generation, die das Haus bewohnte, als sie noch lebte. Die Besitzer bewohnen ein Haus direkt auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Hofes. Es gibt also keine "soziale Kontrolle".
Sehr freundliche Besitzer, mit Rat und Tat sofort zur Stelle, wenn es um Auskünfte über die Gegend gibt.
Ich hatte nur 1 Nacht gebucht, habe jedoch spontan verlängert um eine weitere, weil ich es besser nicht treffen konnte.
Würde ich wieder buchen.

We arrived for one night at the charming farm, and the hosts are even more charming.
The farm is authentic, the rooms are rustic and full of nostalgia, very clean, and it's clear that a lot of attention was paid to making it as comfortable and possible as possible.
Comfortable and clean beds, clean toilets.
The host family is very kind and very pleasant.
Highly recommend !
