Kotor'un tam ortasında tarihi ve muhteşem bir konaklama

Otelin konumu muhteşem, tam eski şehirin ortasında yer alıyor. Sahibi Rara bey inanılmaz ilgili ve sıcakkanlı bir insan, sizi yolda karşılıyor otelin ve şehrin tanıtımını yapıyor ve her an yardımcı olmaya çalışıyor. Giriş ve Orta seviye bir İngilizceyle çok rahat anlaşabiliyorsunuz. Çok fazla Türk turist geldiği için Karadağ da herkes türklere alışkın. Otelin odaları oldukça büyük ve ferah. Bizim odamızda küçük mutfak vardı ve bize yetti bazı odalarda daha büyük mutfaklarda var kendiniz yemek pişirebilirsiniz. Açıkçası fiyat performans dengesi olağanüstü derecede iyiydi.

Odamız arada kaldığı için manzarası karşı evin duvarıydı ancak bu eski şehrin dar sokaklarında gayet normal ve bizi etkileyen bir durum değildi. Odanın ısıtması yalnızca klima yoluyla olduğu için soğuk kış günlerinde yetersiz kalabilir.

Incredible location and even better host!

A fabulous apartment well situated within Kotor old town. The apartment was very clean, easy to access and the free parking provided was a great help! Our host was incredibly helpful, advising on places to eat and drink, where to see the best views of the city and things to do whilst in town. Absolutely faultless stay!

ROYAL HOUSE KOTOR. Highly recommended. Right in the heart of Old Town

The room was much larger than I anticipated. It felt like living in the city, equipped with a kitchen and a huge room with a sitting area. RARA, the host/owner is amazing. He took great care of everything and was a pleasure to deal with. He did a great job accommodating me with the city and tours.

Incredible stay at an amazing location in Kotor.

My husband and I loved staying at the apartment during our time in Kotor. The apartment was large, clean, and had all the amenities we needed during our trip. We loved the styling and comfort of the room. Plus, the location of this place is fantastic. You can walk right out into the main streets of the city. The host, Rara, is the best. He took care of us incredibly well by explaining the layout of the city, the best times for our activities and helping us book our excursions.

The bathroom was a little small.

Exceptional

Rara is an excellent host and went out of his way to let us check in earlier and check out later. As a real Kotor local, he also recommended restaurants and arranged a boat trip for us. The apartment is located right in the centre of the Old Town and very clean and convenient. It has a living room with two beds, and separate kitchen and bathroom. We stayed there with our 7-year old daughter and fully enjoyed it.

Nothing, really. Because it is located in the centre, you will of course pick up some noise from outside, but the windows are excellently isolated and everything is quiet at night. We had a great night's sleep.

Highly recommend Royal House!

Nothing but good things to say about Royal House! Firstly, the room we stayed in was very comfy, clean and fresh. Even though it was at the center of Old town, the noises from the street were pretty well blocked and we slept great. The location was perfect for us, everything you might need is by walking distance and the views are one of the best Montenegro can offer. The best thing about our stay in Royal House was the host, Rara. He helped us with everything; renting a car, giving tips about places to see and where to eat, took care of our city registration etc. He really did more than we could ever wish for and made sure our stay was going as smoothly as possible.

A beautiful home in Kotor

Location,location, location! Royal House is at the heart of the Old Town Kotor.It was a great place to stay .Our host was so helpful with everything and gave us great tips about where to visit .Bed was comfortable , room was spacious and clean.

Everything was great , only thing I can say that I wish towels were a bit thicker .They were getting wet easily because their fabric was not thick enough.

Our 3 nights at the Royal house were amazing, in the centre of the old town location was perfect for exploring the town and our room was well equipped and comfortable. The thing that made our stay so special was our host Rara he welcomed us with a fruit bowl and fresh water, when I broke my walking stick he went and got me a new one, he arranged our trip to the blue caves and when we left he carried our luggage, long walk to outside the city walls to the taxi he had arranged for us

Wonderful location, unique rooms, and great owner. Definitely recommend 100%.

The owner, Rara, goes out of his way to help accommodate and is really helpful with suggestions on hiking up the fortress wall and where to park. Plus the location is perfect. close it the north gate entrance (where we could park for free), close to the beginning of the fortress climb and in old town. And finally, the rooms are such cool stone walled uniquely designed apartments, I just loved it! Wonderful place and owner. definitely recommend 100%.

Authentic stay in center of Kotor

Very cute apartment in the heart of the old town. Had everything we needed for 1 night. Host was very responsive and polite.

Bathroom was very tiny compared to rest of the apartment, but ok for 1 night.

Perfect location, hospitality of the host, the cleanliness, the possibility to park your car(which is a mission impossible in Kotor), the fully equipped facility, the lovely and authentic Old town style of the property.

Superb

The owner welcomed us with some drinks and fresh fruit. He arranged a parking spot just outside the old town, very close to the apartment which is located in Kotor's Old Town. The owner gave us some nice recommendations for Kotor and other places in Montenegro!

You could here the pub's music in the apartment, but they stopped at midnight.

AMAZING!

Everything was amazing, the host was great and very friendly! The room was very clean, beyond of what me and my partner excepted! The location was super central we were walking distance of 2 - 3 minutes to literally everything you can see in Kotor!

It was a bit noisy during the night, but honestly nothing to complain about since the location is very central in the most touristic area. Great great place, recommend 100%!
