Staff is polite,warm and helpful specially the morning dining staff at restaurant. The live chai counter was amazing.Manish thakur was helpful and did make small conversation to kids.
Some issue happened through online Booking on the pics shown about the room however the staff accommodated with few additions while we couldn't get a different room .

Nicely built property and everything feels luxury.
Staff were very helpful and food was awesome as well.
Personally I felt bedding was too soft and felt some back pain.

Property is beautifully located. Very personalised rooms and villas. It is very detailed in every aspect from rooms to common spaces.
It is little hard to reach in bad weather
