Our second visit to Mai Thai while visiting wife's family and to sort out a few other things in the area. A traditional Thai style guesthouse that also has a pool (not many in the area) with a decent sized family room at an affordable price. Plenty of restaurants and small local stalls to eat from just outside or there's a good choice of English food on the guesthouse menu.
Will definitely stay here again when visiting Khon Kaen.

Short way to most you need.
They rent out scooters to nice prices. New one.
Cleaning was good.
Nice cool pool
Good food whit ok prices.
And nice personale who were friendly .
I go back here again if i go to Khon Kaen

The facilities were good and comfortable, but the cleaning staff complained if they had to do anything extra. When we asked for extra glasses because of a family visit the cleaner declined and I went and bought glasses and we by accident spilled liquid on the bed, and the cleaner vigorously complained about it.
