Für eine Nacht optimal um Castel del Monte zu besichtigen. Liegt direkt unterhalb in Sichtweite des Castel, zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Parkplatz vor Ort vorhanden. Zimmer sind ruhig. Einfaches italienisches Frühstück.
Für uns war es für eine Nacht in Ordnung, längeren Aufenthalt ist aus unserer Sicht nicht zu empfehlen. Liegt doch sehr Abseits.

Man zahlt hier schon auch für die Lage. Beim Frühstück auf die Burg zu schauen, dass hat schon was. Geht von daher klar. Überhaupt: ein tolles italienisches Frühstück, sehr guter Kaffee, Früchte, Hörnchen, werden einem gebracht. Sehr ruhig, angenehmer Ort, ein schlichter Raum mit wenigen, gelungenen Einrichtungsgegenständen. Hat mir gefallen. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank
Es war nicht ganz klar, wo was auf dem Gelände geregelt wird, ich erwischte zum Glück irgendwann einen jungen Mann, der bestätigte mir nach kurzer Zeit meine Buchung und ging mit mir zur Tür der Unterkunft, drückte mir den Schlüssel in die Hand und verschwand wieder.
Das Signal vom WLAN war zuweilen etwas brüchig.

La location è sicuramente il punto forte della struttura: bellissima, immersa in un contesto molto suggestivo e con una vista davvero meravigliosa.
Purtroppo, però, la camera ci è sembrata poco curata e l’arredamento piuttosto trasandato e poco gradevole. Il bagno è stato l’aspetto più negativo: forte odore di muffa, doccia non perfettamente pulita e presenza di piccole formiche.
Anche la gestione della colazione ci è sembrata poco chiara. Non si tratta di un buffet libero, ma allo stesso tempo non viene spiegato bene cosa sia compreso, quante cose si possano ordinare o se sia possibile fare più richieste. Basterebbe spiegare meglio il funzionamento agli ospiti al momento dell’arrivo.
Infine, il check-out ci ha lasciato una sensazione piuttosto spiacevole di abbandono: non abbiamo trovato nessuno e non sapevamo né dove lasciare le chiavi né come aprire il cancello per uscire. Abbiamo dovuto capire autonomamente come comportarci.
È un peccato perché la struttura si trova in una posizione davvero splendida e avrebbe moltissimo potenziale, ma servirebbero maggiore cura delle camere, più attenzione alla pulizia e una gestione più presente e organizzata.
