Absolutely everything ! The hotel is beautiful, the room are nicely decorated, the pool is gorgeous and well maintained; and the staff - everyone is adorable and very friendly, they would do everything for you to have an amazing stay. 🫶🏼

Isann Lodge was a gem of our trip. First of all, it is located in a more like a village part, where you have a chance to live in a real Cambodia, not just a touristic reservation like a Pub Street, so you can see and interact with the real Siem Reap people. And it is just 15 mins from the center of Siem Reap, so all is very convenient.
Swimming pool, lovely garden, fantastic bungalow we love it so much.
Some things we have noticed:
1. As we lived in a bungalow, we suggest the hotel install more lights inside. Because the wood is already dark, inside it is like a constant late evening, no matter, the lights are on or off.
2. Breakfast coffee: we suggest to change the coffee beans.
3. WiFi connectivity at the room can be improved.

The pool was nice and the atmosphere was amazing it was relaxing and cooled
The cleanest of the room the pillow was musky smelled like it was sitting in dusk, there was lizard poop in the towel lots of them, and in the bathroom there was no hanger to hang up a towel or the clothes and for some reason there was no divider in the bathroom between the shower and the bathroom in general making it so the whole bathroom was wet and slippery and it takes a long time to dry since there was no drainage system around the bathroom to drain beside in the bathtub so every time we shower the shower head spray water everywhere in the bathroom making it wet for a very long time, and a TV doesn't work either even when it was fixed you can't watch anything on it.
